Even being the best in this comparison review, Acer Iconia W700 is a older, a lot thicker and heavier tablet device than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD.

The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a little sharper screen than Acer Iconia W700, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1200 x 1920px and a greater pixel density. The Acer Iconia W700 counts with a way bigger storage capacity for apps and games than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage.

The Acer Iconia W700 features a bit more powerful processor than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has 6 lesser cores (although they are faster), it also counts with more RAM memory and a graphics processing unit.
