Comparison review
Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is just a bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, having a 62.5 score against 62.3. The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 construction has the same weight than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, but it's thicker. These tablets have Android operating system, but the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has the newer 10 version while Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 version, so it counts with a lot of extra features.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with an incredibly better screen than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 also has a greater screen pixels density and a much better resolution of 1920 x 1200. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Alcatel JOY TAB 2, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a graphics processing unit and more 2 GHz processing cores.
The Alcatel JOY TAB 2 takes much better pictures and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. Both of them have a same resolution back camera. Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has a lot bigger storage for games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because it has more internal storage. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's battery life is just as good as Alcatel JOY TAB 2's battery life, although the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has 4060mAh of battery capacity.
Despite of being the best tablet in our comparison, the Alcatel JOY TAB 2 is also very cheap compared to the other ones, which makes this tablet an obvious call.
