Galaxy Tab 7.7 has a global score of 64.8, which is slightly better than Alcatel JOY TAB 2's score of 62.5. Galaxy Tab 7.7's construction is just a little thinner than the Alcatel JOY TAB 2, but it is just a little bit heavier and was released 9 years before. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 has newer 4.0.4 version and Alcatel JOY TAB 2 has Android 10, so it gives you some additional features.
