Alcatel JOY TAB is just a bit better than the HTC Flyer, having a score of 59.4 against 58.7. Both devices in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Alcatel JOY TAB has 9.0 Pie version and HTC Flyer has Android 3.2, so it gives you a lot of extra features. The Alcatel JOY TAB construction is newer, a lot lighter and thinner than HTC Flyer.
The HTC Flyer features a slightly better screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, although it has a bit less pixels per display inch, a lot lower 600 x 1024 resolution and a bit smaller display. The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with more storage capacity to store more apps and games than HTC Flyer, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.
The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a bit more powerful CPU than HTC Flyer, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger number of 1.5 gigahertz cores and a larger amount of RAM memory. Alcatel JOY TAB has just a bit better battery duration than HTC Flyer, because it has a 4080mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
The HTC Flyer's camera is very similar to Alcatel JOY TAB's camera, both have the same 1280x720 video resolution, the same video frame rate and a same resolution back camera.
