Comparison review

The Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition is a little bit better than the Alcatel JOY TAB, getting a overall score of 60.4 against 59.4. Although it's the best we are comparing, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition body is extremely older, noticeably heavier and a little bit thicker than Alcatel JOY TAB. These tablets use Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has the older 3.2 version while Alcatel JOY TAB has Android 9.0 Pie.

Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition has a better looking screen than Alcatel JOY TAB, because although it has a little bit worse pixels density, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 pixels resolution, the Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition also counts with a little larger screen. The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with a bit superior CPU than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with more cores and a higher amount of RAM.

Alcatel JOY TAB features a way bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity, the Alcatel JOY TAB also has an external memory slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB. The Alcatel JOY TAB counts with just a little better battery lifetime than Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition, because it has a 4080mAh battery capacity.

Motorola Xoom 2 Media Edition's camera is very similar to Alcatel JOY TAB's camera, they have the same 1280x720 video definition, a 5 MP back camera and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates.
