The Microsoft Surface Pro has a global score of 63.2, which is just a bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's 62.3 global score. Microsoft Surface Pro is a thicker and extremely heavier tablet than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. Microsoft Surface Pro comes with Windows 8 Pro operating system, while Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 comes with Android 4.4 operating system.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a better screen than Microsoft Surface Pro, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with a bit higher 1920 x 1200 resolution and a better pixels count in each inch of screen. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, and give up a couple features, but you will get the most with your savings.
