Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is much better than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, getting a 72.2 score against 62.3. The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 works with Windows 8.1 Pro OS, and Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has Android 4.4 OS. Although it's the best portable tablet in this comparison, the Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is a somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a superior CPU than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with more CPU cores and an additional graphics processing unit. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a better display than Microsoft Surface Pro 3, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1920 x 1200 and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better screen pixel density.
The Microsoft Surface Pro 3 counts with a much greater memory for applications and games than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a very superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Pro 3.
