Comparison review
Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a general score of 65, which is a bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8's global score of 62.3. Despite being the best we are comparing, Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is a a bit thicker and much heavier tablet than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has Windows 8 operating system, while Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 comes with Android 4.4 operating system.
The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 features a faster processor than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 also has an additional graphics processing unit and a larger number of cores. The Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a sharper display than Samsung ATIV Tab 3, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1920 x 1200 resolution and a lot greater screen pixels density.
The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 features a superior storage capacity to store more games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 has a much better battery duration than Samsung ATIV Tab 3.
Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a much better camera than Samsung ATIV Tab 3. They have a same resolution back facing camera.
Even being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 is also by far the cheapest.
