Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 counts with a better performing CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8 also has a greater number of cores (and faster) and a graphics processing unit. Although Galaxy Note 10.1 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8. If you want to save some money, you can get Alcatel OneTouch Hero 8, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
