Although the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 and Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD were released only 4 months apart, the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 design is just a bit thicker but also lighter than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 has a newer 4.4.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 HD has Android 4.1 version, so it offers lots of additional features and optimized performance.
