Comparison review

The Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) is a bit better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7, getting a 47.9 score against 45.1. Both tablets in our current comparison include Android operating system, but the Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) has a newer 4.2.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 has Android 4.1, providing you a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. Even though the Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) and the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 were only released 9 months apart, Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013)'s design is a bit lighter but somewhat thicker.

Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 has a bit better processing unit than Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013), because although it has an inferior number of slower cores, and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) has a little more vivid screen than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) also has a better resolution of 800 x 1280px and a higher pixels quantity in each inch in the screen.

Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) counts with a better memory for games and applications than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 16 GB internal memory. Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 features a much better battery life than Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013).

The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 7 counts with a very superior camera than Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013).

Even being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, the Amazon Kindle Fire HD (2013) is also a lot cheaper, making this tablet a no doubt choice.
