The Acer Iconia W700 is better than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, getting a 59.6 score against 53.4. The Acer Iconia W700 comes with Windows 8 Pro OS, and Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD counts with Android 4.1 OS. Even being the best tablet in this comparison, Acer Iconia W700 is a notably thicker and much heavier tablet than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD.

Although Acer Iconia W700 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, giving up a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
