Blackview Tab 60 is a little bit better than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, with a 57.9 score against 53.4. Blackview Tab 60 is a much newer portable tablet, and it's also way lighter and thinner than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD. Both of these devices include Android OS, but Blackview Tab 60 has the newer 13 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1 version.
