OSCAL ELITE 1 is much better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, getting a overall score of 67.1 against 53.4. Both tablets we are comparing here use Android OS, but the OSCAL ELITE 1 has a newer 14 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1 version, so it offers some extra features.
