The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 has a global score of 65, which is a lot better than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's 53.4 score. The Samsung ATIV Tab 3 comes with Windows 8 operating system, and Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD comes with Android 4.1 operating system. Even though the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 and the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD were only released 5 months apart, the Samsung ATIV Tab 3 body is somewhat thinner but much heavier than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD.
