Comparison review

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has a general score of 74.3, which is a lot better than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's 53.4 global score. Both tablets we are comparing here come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 has the newer 4.4.2 version while Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has Android 4.1, so it gives some extra features and performance enhancements. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 design is newer and way thinner than the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's, although it is a bit heavier.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a much better looking screen than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a way bigger screen, a lot higher screen pixels density and a lot better 1600 x 2560 resolution. Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab S 10.5, because although it has 2 GB less RAM and a lower number of cores, it also counts with an extra graphics processor.

The Galaxy Tab S 10.5 takes way better pictures and videos than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a back facing camera with much more MP. Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 features a very superior storage for apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has more internal storage and a SD card slot that allows up to 128 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S 10.5 counts with a way better battery performance than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has 7900mAh of battery capacity instead of 4150mAh.

Despite of being the best tablet of the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy Tab S 10.5 is also a lot cheaper.
