Comparison review
Galaxy View has an overall score of 61.5, which is better than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD's 53.4 global score. The Galaxy View is a way newer tablet than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, although it is way heavier and much thicker. The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has a more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy View, because although it has a really smaller display and a way lower 768 x 1024 pixels resolution, it also counts with a much greater amount of pixels per display inch.
The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD features just a bit better processing power than Galaxy View, because although it has a lower amount of RAM memory and a lower number of 1600 MHz cores, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor. The Galaxy View features a much better memory to store more apps and games than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has 56 GB more internal storage and a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 128 GB.
The Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD has a much better camera than Galaxy View. The Galaxy View has a much longer battery lifetime than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, because it has a 5700mAh battery capacity instead of 4150mAh.
Although Samsung Galaxy View is a better device, it costs a lot more than Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy View, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the Alcatel OneTouch Tab 8 HD, resigning a couple features and specifications.
