The Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has an overall score of 58.7, which is just a bit better than Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 4G's 54.2 global score. Microsoft Surface 9 Pro has Windows operating system, and Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 4G has Windows 10 Mobile operating system.
