The Microsoft Surface Pro 2 is much better than the Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 4G, getting a general score of 65.1 against 54.2. Both of these tablets work with Windows OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Pro 2 has a newer 8.1 Pro version and Alcatel Pixi 3 (8) 4G has Windows 10 Mobile version.
