The iPad 4 has a global score of 70.8, which is much better than the Alcatel PLUS 10's 59 overall score. The iPad 4 counts with iOS 7.x operating system, and Alcatel PLUS 10 comes with Windows 10 operating system. The iPad 4 design is somewhat thicker but noticeably lighter than the Alcatel PLUS 10.
The Apple iPad 4 has a much sharper display than Alcatel PLUS 10, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1536 x 2048px resolution and a way better screen pixel density.
