Comparison review
The Alcatel PLUS 10 has an overall score of 59, which is just a bit better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's general score of 57.6. Although Alcatel PLUS 10 is better than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, we must tell that it's also a a little bit thicker and extremely heavier tablet. The Alcatel PLUS 10 comes with Windows 10 operating system, and Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD works with Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a much better screen than Alcatel PLUS 10, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a lot higher display density and a much higher resolution of 1200 x 1920 pixels. Alcatel PLUS 10 features a little bit better performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, although it has a lower number of cores and a lower amount of RAM memory.
Alcatel PLUS 10 features a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because although it has a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with more internal storage. Alcatel PLUS 10 has just a little bit longer battery performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a 14 percent larger battery size.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD features a very superior camera than Alcatel PLUS 10, because it has a lot better 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera.
