Comparison review
Dell Venue 8 Pro is a little bit better than the Alcatel PLUS 12, with a 59.6 score against 58.9. Both of these tablets have Windows operating system, but Dell Venue 8 Pro has 8.1 Pro version and Alcatel PLUS 12 has Windows 10 version, providing a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. Dell Venue 8 Pro's design is noticeably lighter but thicker than Alcatel PLUS 12.
The Alcatel PLUS 12 has a bit better processor than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because although it has lesser CPU cores , it also counts with more RAM. The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a sharper display than Alcatel PLUS 12, although it has a just a bit worse pixels number in each inch in the display, a way smaller display and a lot worse resolution of 800 x 1280.
The Dell Venue 8 Pro features a very superior camera than Alcatel PLUS 12. Alcatel PLUS 12 counts with just a bit more storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Dell Venue 8 Pro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Alcatel PLUS 12 also has a slot for SD memory cards that admits up to 128 GB.
Alcatel PLUS 12 features a much longer battery life than Dell Venue 8 Pro, because it has a 6900mAh battery size against 4830mAh.
