Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is much better than Amazon Fire HD 10, with a 75.8 score against 54.8. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) has an older 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014) is a notably older, a little thicker and noticeably heavier portable tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 10.
