Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is better than the Amazon Fire HD 10, with a 61.4 score against 54.8. Both of these devices have Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) has the older 4.1 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop. Even though the Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) is a better tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 10, we must tell that it's also a noticeably older, noticeably thicker and noticeably heavier tablet.

The Amazon Fire HD 10 has a bit better CPU than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has a higher number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with a bit sharper display than Amazon Fire HD 10. Both of them have the same exact 800 x 1280px resolution, the same number of pixels in each inch of screen and a screen with the same size.

Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) features a superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 10, although it has a back camera with a much worse 3 mega pixels resolution and a much worse 1280x720 video quality. The Amazon Fire HD 10 counts with a much better storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1), because it has more internal storage capacity and an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) counts with a really longer battery life than Amazon Fire HD 10.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (10.1) costs a lot more than Amazon Fire HD 10, but you can get a better tablet for that extra money.
