Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 10, getting a 60.8 score against 54.8. Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus's body is much lighter than Amazon Fire HD 10, although it is a lot thicker and was released 4 years before. Both of these devices have Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus has the previous 4.1.2 version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with a slightly better display than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a way lower resolution of 600 x 1024 and a much smaller display, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount in each display inch. The Amazon Fire HD 10 features a bit more powerful processor than Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has a greater number of cores.

The Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus counts with just a bit better camera than Amazon Fire HD 10, although it has a camera in the back with a much worse resolution and a much worse 1280x720 (HD) video resolution. The Amazon Fire HD 10 counts with a bit more memory capacity to store more apps and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, and although they both have the same 32 GB internal storage, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has an external SD slot that allows up to 128 GB.

Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus features a much longer battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 10.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 10, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Amazon Fire HD 10. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 10, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
