Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is a lot better than Amazon Fire HD 10, getting a overall score of 75.2 against 54.8. Both devices in this comparison review come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has 4.4.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. Although the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 is older than the Amazon Fire HD 10, it's body is just a little thinner and lighter.

Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 counts with a superior hardware performance than Amazon Fire HD 10, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has an extra graphics processing unit and a greater amount of RAM. Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has a way better display than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a much better amount of pixels per display inch and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1600px.

The Amazon Fire HD 10 counts with a bit bigger storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4, and although they both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage, the Amazon Fire HD 10 also has an external memory slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 captures much better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 10, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 also has a back-facing camera with a way higher resolution.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 features a superior battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 10.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 costs a bit more money than the Amazon Fire HD 10, but you can get a much better tablet for that few extra dollars.
