Comparison review
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 10, getting a score of 57.6 against 54.8. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has 6.0 Marshmallow version and Amazon Fire HD 10 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version, counting with a couple nice extra features. Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD's construction is newer and much lighter, but a little thicker than Amazon Fire HD 10.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a more vivid screen than Amazon Fire HD 10, because although it has a lot smaller display, it also counts with a much higher pixel quantity per inch in the screen and a way better 1200 x 1920 resolution.
