Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), getting a 62.7 score against 62.4. Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 works with Android 4.0 operating system, and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) comes with Android, Amazon Fire UI operating system. Although Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 is a lot older and somewhat heavier than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019), it's construction is still just a bit thinner.

Amazon Fire HD 10 (2019) has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Tab 2 10.1, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and 1 GB more RAM.
