Comparison review
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) is a little bit better than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, getting a score of 61.8 against 57.6. Both devices in our current comparison use Android OS (Operating System), but Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Although Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) is extremely newer than the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, it's noticeably heavier and somewhat thicker.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) features a little bit better hardware performance than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD. Both of them have 8 cpu cores and 3 GB of RAM memory. The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a little sharper screen than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1200 x 1920, the Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per display inch.
The Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD has a very superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), because it has a lot higher (Full HD) video resolution and a much more megapixels back facing camera. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a superior memory to install games and applications than Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1 TB and 32 GB internal memory.
Verizon Ellipsis 8 HD counts with a way better battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021).
