IPad Pro is way better than Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021), getting a 79.5 score against 62.8. The iPad Pro design is extremely thinner than Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021), but it's heavier and was released many years before. The iPad Pro works with iOS 9.x OS, while Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021) comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
The Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021) features a little better processing power than iPad Pro, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount, the Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (2021) also has 7 more cores (but slower).
