Comparison review
The Asus VivoTab RT has a score of 61, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 6's global score of 55. The Asus VivoTab RT counts with Windows RT OS, while Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with Android 4.4 OS. Asus VivoTab RT's design is somewhat thinner than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's extremely heavier and was released 2 years before.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 has just a little better hardware performance than Asus VivoTab RT, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have 4 processing cores. The Amazon Fire HD 6 features a better screen than Asus VivoTab RT, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and a much smaller screen, it also counts with a much better screen density.
Asus VivoTab RT counts with a greater camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Asus VivoTab RT also has a back camera with way more mega pixels. The Asus VivoTab RT has a much greater memory capacity for games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 48 GB more internal storage capacity.
Asus VivoTab RT has a battery life that's very similar to the Amazon Fire HD 6 one.
Although Asus VivoTab RT is a better device, it is way more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Amazon Fire HD 6. If you want to save some dollars, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 6, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
