The LG G Pad 8.0 is a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 6, getting a score of 58.6 against 55. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad 8.0 has a more recent 5.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version, so it provides the user some extra features. LG G Pad 8.0 is a somewhat heavier but just a little bit thinner tablet device than the Amazon Fire HD 6.

Amazon Fire HD 6 has a bit better screen than LG G Pad 8.0, because although it has a way smaller display, and they both have the same resolution of 1280 x 800px, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with a better quantity of pixels per display inch. The LG G Pad 8.0 and Amazon Fire HD 6 both count with extremely similar processors, and although the LG G Pad 8.0 has an extra GPU, they both have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM memory.

LG G Pad 8.0 has a superior memory for games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have equal 16 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. LG G Pad 8.0 features a really longer battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 6.

LG G Pad 8.0 takes better photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same (Full HD) video definition, the LG G Pad 8.0 also has a back-facing camera with much more MP.

The LG G Pad 8.0 is a bit more expensive than the Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
