Galaxy Tab is just a bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 6, with a 58.6 score against 55. Both devices in this comparison review include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab has 2.3.3 version and Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version. The Galaxy Tab is a better tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 6, we must tell that it is also incredibly older, somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier.
Amazon Fire HD 6 has a brighter screen than Galaxy Tab, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel quantity in each inch in the screen and a higher resolution of 1280 x 800. The Samsung Galaxy Tab has a much better memory to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 16 GB more internal storage.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a better processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab, because it has a larger number of cores and a higher amount of RAM. Galaxy Tab counts with a really longer battery life than Amazon Fire HD 6. Samsung Galaxy Tab counts with a better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same 720x480 video quality and the same video frame rates, the Samsung Galaxy Tab also has a back camera with way more megapixels.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab is more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 6, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
