Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has a global score of 76.7, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 6's 55 global score. These tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has the newer 13 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4, so it provides you some extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 construction is newer and thinner, but also way heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 6.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a much better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has a just a little lower number of pixels per inch of display, a really smaller screen and a way lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. Galaxy Tab S8 features a very superior memory to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 112 GB more internal memory capacity.
Amazon Fire HD 6 features a much more powerful processor than Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and 7 GB lesser RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab S8 takes much better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has a way better (4K) video resolution and a camera with a lot better resolution.
Galaxy Tab S8 counts with a superior battery lifetime than Amazon Fire HD 6.
Although Galaxy Tab S8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Amazon Fire HD 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Fire HD 6. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Amazon Fire HD 6, letting go a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
