Comparison review
Acer Iconia Tab A510 has an overall score of 55.4, which is just a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 6's 54.1 general score. Even being the best in our current comparison, Acer Iconia Tab A510's construction is noticeably older, a bit thicker and a lot heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 6. Both of these tablets come with Android OS, but Acer Iconia Tab A510 has older 4.0 version while Amazon Fire HD 6 has Android 4.4 version.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a sharper screen than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 6 also counts with much more pixels per inch in the display. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a superior memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 6, because it has 32 GB internal storage and an external memory card slot that admits up to 32 GB.
The Amazon Fire HD 6 counts with a little bit better processing power than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both have 4 CPU cores and a 1 GB RAM memory. Acer Iconia Tab A510 features a very superior battery life than Amazon Fire HD 6. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a bit better camera than Amazon Fire HD 6, and although they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Acer Iconia Tab A510 also has a way better resolution back-facing camera.
Despite of being the best tablet in this comparison, the Acer Iconia Tab A510 is also by far the cheapest, which makes it an obvious call.
