The Acer Iconia W700 has an overall score of 59.6, which is a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 7's 54.8 overall score. Even being the best in our current comparison, the Acer Iconia W700 body is older, somewhat thicker and extremely heavier than Amazon Fire HD 7. The Acer Iconia W700 works with Windows 8 Pro OS, while Amazon Fire HD 7 comes with Android 4.4 OS.
Amazon Fire HD 7 counts with a sharper display than Acer Iconia W700, because although it has a lot worse 1280 x 800 resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a just a little better amount of pixels per inch in the display. The Acer Iconia W700 has a lot bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has more internal storage capacity.
Acer Iconia W700 features just a bit better performance than Amazon Fire HD 7, because although it has 2 lesser processing cores , it also counts with a graphics processor and a higher amount of RAM. Acer Iconia W700's battery duration is just as good as Amazon Fire HD 7's battery performance.
