Comparison review
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) is much better than Amazon Fire HD 7, with a score of 61.8 against 54.8. The Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) is a a lot newer and somewhat thinner tablet than Amazon Fire HD 7, although it is extremely heavier. Both of these tablets have Android operating system, but the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has 9.0 Pie version while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4, giving a lot of extra features and optimized performance.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) features a little better performance than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of cores (and they are faster). The Amazon Fire HD 7 features a brighter display than Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021), although it has a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels, a really smaller display and a just a bit lower screen density.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) has a way bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has a slot for an external memory card that admits a maximum of 1 TB and 32 GB internal memory. Amazon Fire HD 7 and Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) feature incredibly similar battery performance.
Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) takes better pictures and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Amazon Fire HD 10 (2021) also has a back camera with a much better 5 mega-pixels resolution.
