Even though the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 7, it's much thinner and also a lot newer. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has the newer 13 version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version, so it offers some additional features.
