The LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus construction is a lot newer, a lot thinner and somewhat lighter than the Amazon Fire HD 7. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus has 7.0 Nougat version while Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 counts with a bit sharper display than LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus, although it has a quite worse screen density, a lot lower resolution of 1280 x 800px and a little bit smaller screen. LG G Pad X II 8.0 Plus counts with a much better memory to store more games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB and 32 GB internal storage capacity.
