Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a general score of 63.5, which is much better than the Amazon Fire HD 7's score of 54.8. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has the older 4.0 version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a just a little bit heavier but extremely thinner tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 7.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 has a slightly better screen than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also counts with a just a bit more pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE features much more memory capacity for apps and games than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same 16 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also has a SD extension slot that supports up to 32 GB.

The Amazon Fire HD 7 features a little faster processor than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, and they both have 1 GB of RAM, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also counts with a larger number of cores. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE captures better photographs and videos than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1280x720 (HD) video quality, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also has a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a much longer battery duration than Amazon Fire HD 7.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is way more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 7, but it's still a great deal, because you can get a much better tablet for that extra money.
