Galaxy Tab E has a global score of 60.7, which is much better than Amazon Fire HD 7's overall score of 54.8. The Galaxy Tab E design is newer and incredibly thinner, but extremely heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 7. Both tablets in this comparison review work with the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system).

The Amazon Fire HD 7 has a little faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core processor. The Amazon Fire HD 7 features a much sharper display than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a way smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1280 x 800 resolution, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also counts with more pixels per inch of display.
