Comparison review

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 is a lot better than the Amazon Fire HD 7, having a 74.6 score against 54.8. Although Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 and Amazon Fire HD 7 were released only a few months apart, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 construction is way heavier but noticeably thinner. Both of these tablets come with the same Android 4.4 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that.

Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has just a bit better looking display than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has a better count of pixels per inch in the screen, a really larger screen and a lot higher resolution of 1600 x 2560px. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 features a superior storage to install games and applications than Amazon Fire HD 7, because it has 16 GB more internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB.

The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 has a more powerful processor than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a GPU and 1 GB more RAM memory. The Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 counts with a very superior camera than Amazon Fire HD 7, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Galaxy Tab Pro 10.1 also has a much better resolution back facing camera.
