Comparison review
The Sony Tablet P is a little bit better than Amazon Fire HD 7, getting a general score of 55.7 against 53.9. Sony Tablet P is an a lot older, just a bit heavier and a lot thicker tablet than the Amazon Fire HD 7. These tablets have Android OS, but Sony Tablet P has the older 4.0.3 version and Amazon Fire HD 7 has Android 4.4 version.
The Amazon Fire HD 7 counts with a brighter screen than Sony Tablet P, because it has a much higher resolution of 1280 x 800px, a just a little more pixels per screen inch and a larger display. The Amazon Fire HD 7 features a little better processing power than Sony Tablet P, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, the Amazon Fire HD 7 also has more CPU cores.
The Sony Tablet P has more storage capacity for applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 7, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that admits up to 32 GB. Sony Tablet P has a way better battery performance than Amazon Fire HD 7.
