Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE is better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, having a score of 64.8 against 54.1. The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE is a newer and a bit thinner tablet than Amazon Fire HD 8, although it is way heavier. These tablets have Android OS (Operating System), but Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE has a more recent 6.0 Marshmallow version while Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version, so it gives lots of additional features and performance optimizations.
The Asus ZenPad 3S 10 LTE has a bit more powerful processing unit than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a larger number of cores (and faster) and more RAM.
