Amazon Fire HD 8 is a pretty good tablet device released some years ago, in 2015, equipped with an exceptional 1.5 GHz Quad-Core CPU, a 5 megapixels back side camera and a quite big 8 inches screen.
Amazon has made an excellent job making this tablet as lightweight as 10.97 ounces. Amazon is offering the Amazon Fire HD 8 in many different color options: black, blue, orange and pink. The Amazon Fire HD 8 is incredibly slim and good-looking, being just 0.3" thick. Although this tablet is just 8.43" long, it's still able to fit a a 8" screen.
Amazon decided to equip this tablet device with a great Quad-Core processor clocking at 1500 megahertz, packed into a MediaTek system chip with only 1 GB RAM memory which is a little bit low considering this tablet's impressive CPU. The Amazon Fire HD 8 counts with a 16 GB quite large internal storage memory and a slot for external memory cards, allowing the user to install a couple hundred apps and games without worrying about space.
This tablet is equipped with a good level 8-inches screen with a 800 x 1280 resolution, providing this tablet device with a nice graphic quality.
The Amazon Fire HD 8 only has a 5 megapixels back facing camera. It also shoots Full HD 1920x1080 videos.
This tablet offers WiFi connection (but it can't be shared with other devices acting as a mobile hotspot). The Amazon Fire HD 8 doesn't use a SIM card, because it's not a GSM portable tablet.
