Comparison review

Asus Fonepad 7 is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, with a 58.9 score against 54.1. The Asus Fonepad 7 design is a lot thicker but just a little bit lighter than Amazon Fire HD 8. Both of these tablets work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Asus Fonepad 7 has older 5.0 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Asus Fonepad 7 counts with a more vivid display than Amazon Fire HD 8, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1280 x 800, the Asus Fonepad 7 also counts with a little bit higher pixel quantity per inch in the screen. Asus Fonepad 7 features a little better processing power than Amazon Fire HD 8, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Asus Fonepad 7 also has a higher amount of RAM and a 64-bits CPU.

The Amazon Fire HD 8 counts with a slightly better storage capacity for apps and games than Asus Fonepad 7, and although they both have exactly the same 16 GB internal storage, the Amazon Fire HD 8 also has a SD memory card expansion slot that allows up to 128 GB. The Amazon Fire HD 8 and the Asus Fonepad 7 feature quite similar batteries performance.

Asus Fonepad 7 has a better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8. Both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video resolution and a same resolution back facing camera.

Despite of being the best tablet between the ones we are comparing, the Asus Fonepad 7 is also a lot cheaper.
