The Samsung Galaxy Tab has a global score of 58.6, which is a little bit better than the Amazon Fire HD 8's 54.1 overall score. Samsung Galaxy Tab's design is notably older, heavier and a lot thicker than the Amazon Fire HD 8. Both of these tablets include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy Tab has 2.3.3 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.
