The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has an overall score of 65.2, which is way better than the Amazon Fire HD 8's 54.1 score. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 has 13 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version. The Blackview OSCAL Pad 16 body is newer and a little thinner, but a lot heavier than the Amazon Fire HD 8.
