Comparison review

The Google Pixel C is a bit better than Amazon Fire HD 8, getting a general score of 59.4 against 54.1. Although Google Pixel C and Amazon Fire HD 8 were released only 0 months apart, Google Pixel C's construction is noticeably heavier but a little bit thinner. Both devices in our current comparison have Android OS, but Google Pixel C has 6.0 version and Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.

Google Pixel C has a much better looking screen than Amazon Fire HD 8, because it has a lot better resolution of 1800 x 2560px, a bigger screen and a way greater pixel amount per inch in the screen. Google Pixel C has a better storage capacity to install applications and games than Amazon Fire HD 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Amazon Fire HD 8 counts with a much greater processing power than Google Pixel C, because although it has less RAM, it also counts with a larger number of faster cores. The Google Pixel C's battery duration is just as good as Amazon Fire HD 8's battery duration. The Google Pixel C counts with a better camera than Amazon Fire HD 8, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same (Full HD) video resolution, the Google Pixel C also has a lot higher 8 megapixels resolution back facing camera.

Although Google Pixel C is a better device, it is way more expensive than Amazon Fire HD 8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Amazon Fire HD 8. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy Google Pixel C, otherwise you can save some money and buy the Amazon Fire HD 8, letting go a couple specs and features.
