Huawei MediaPad M1 is better than the Amazon Fire HD 8, having a 61.5 score against 54.1. Huawei MediaPad M1 is an older, just a little heavier and just a little bit thicker device than Amazon Fire HD 8. These tablets use Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has the older 4.2.2 version while Amazon Fire HD 8 has Android 5.0 Lollipop version.

The Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with a better screen than Amazon Fire HD 8. Both have the same pixel density, a same size screen and the same resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels.
